« We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family. »

« My toddler and I stayed here as a short vacation while my husband had work to do elsewhere in Colorado and had my parents join us. It was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Behind the condos is a walking path near the river and was a terrific bonus! The balcony was fun to watch squirrels from. Very comfortable, mostly toddler friendly (balcony has a few gaps and the railing is climbable), and clean. Whenever we come back to Summit County, we will aim to stay here again! »

Beautiful area with heated pool and fun bar right next door, just be aware it’s a 10 per person per day fee to use the pool and hot tub, not a big deal but wasn’t aware as I didn’t recall seeing that on the listing.
