Westside light and bright Guesthouse. Private entrance, this is NOT a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

The space
I am happy that we get many comments like quiet neighborhood, very comfortable bed, spotless, clean & well equipped kitchen. Also note the entire place is handicap accessible. we have no steps or stairs, wide doors, handicap bath & kitchen.

Guest access
The entrance is on the south side of the Garage and you will have a private door access code.
There is a small patio and side yard. The rear garden area is not included.

Other things to note:

We do allow one dog with a couple of exceptions. Please do not allow your dog on the bed. We are proud of the cleanliness of our guest house and pet hair (or smell) creates extra work for our cleaner.
Also, please do not leave your dog unattended for more than a trip to the store or out to dinner. “Emotional support animals” are welcome but They are not free according to Idaho law.
