The space
Welcome to the year 1974, where your apartment smells of rich mahogany and many leatherbound books!

Stretch out on your velvet comforter under the soft glow of the lava lamp and neon lights serenaded by the sweet sound of Hall & Oates on your fuzzy record player. Maybe play a quick game of space invaders on the Atari sunk into your bean bag chair. Paint some happy little trees with Bob Ross while you do your laundry in the art studio. Rock out in the full kitchen while you cook up some tasty grub on vintage kitchenware surrounded by concert posters of your musical idols.

The entire upstairs apartment is all yours with two private entries and in-suite laundry.

There is an 80s themed apartment on the lower level and the backyard is shared between the two separate units.
Other things to note
Parking is provided for you on the driveway. Please pull forward a bit past the rise to avoid the sprinklers in summer and to allow for easier shoveling in the winter.
