« I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. « The room was fine, good space and room for luggage (booked comfort studio). That said, there were a few things to note. This was the only hotel where I had to check in before we got there and required me to upload passport details. You needed it to get a qr code to check in. You also don't get a key to your room, you get a 4 digit number. We found that a little frustrating the first night as we weren't shown how to do it, but got it sorted. « TERRIBLE AND AWEFUL COMMUNICATION! The night prior to our stay I reached out to ask if they offered luggage storage. They replied with, the room has been cleaned and we can check in early when we arrive and our room is on the 1st floor. I replied asking what is the earliest time we can check in; no response after that! The next day we arrived at 10:30 am, we noticed there were no key in the lock box.
