« The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on. »

« Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. « A little tricky to locate but once you do, it’s next to a great walking path and near lovely restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the vintage/quirky decor. The room was very clean and comfy with a great balcony for morning coffee. »

« There was some confusion with my reservations online, and I was unable to contact a human being at the hotel to rectify the situation prior to check-in. Expedia made an attempt but was told they were unwilling to make any changes. The hotel receptionist was helpful in keeping me in the same room both nights, but there was no adjustment for the additional cost, and two rooms for two nights ended up costing me an extra $62. It would have been very helpful if the refrigerator had had a freezer...
