Bring your river boat and explore miles of the untapped river. You'll find a public boat ramp within a 1/4 of a mile of the property. Walleye, bass, sauger, ling, drum, catfish and the occasional trout can be caught on the river and within certain sections of the irrigation canals.

The town of Hysham is a few miles away and provides fuel, light groceries, hardware store, and a bar restaurant.
