Hyams Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom villa in a fantastic location - 200 metres along a sandy track to the main beach at Hyams, without the need to cross any roads! The villa is casual and comfortable in style, with a split level design, and an outdoor patio that leads to lovely gardens and lawns that are surrounded by coastal forest. For location, location, location, combined with a peaceful setting, Hyams Beach Haven is a perfect option for up to 4 guests!

Where will I be?

Hyams Beach Haven is located at the southern end of the Hyams Beach village, and the complex of five has direct access to the main beach at Hyams, along a sandy track. Other bushwalks and the local cafe are also within easy walking distance of the villa.

How is the property laid out?

Hyams Beach Haven is located in a small complex of villas. The villa is split level. Guests enter from the rear of the villa and the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are located on this entry level. The villa has a modern open plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the lounge room. The lounge room is just a few steps down and opens to a small courtyard with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property includes a TV and Apple TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the internet is always in service, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

There is small courtyard with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. There is also a small, beautifully landscaped and garden area. The outdoor area is adjacent to the National Park and surrounded by towering, eucalypt trees and native foliage. Colourful parrots and cockatoos are frequent visitors. Relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the natural beauty of the area. There is also an outdoor shower available to rinse off after a visit to the beach.

Keeping warm or keeping cool?

The house is architecturally designed to stay cool and comfortable in the summer and includes ceiling fans in the main bedroom and living area. There are portable, electric heaters in living room and bedrooms for the cooler months.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Hyams Beach Haven supplies linen and towels. However, please bring your own favourite beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc.?

Guests have access to a secure, one car garage. There are shared visitor parks in the complex. Street parking is also nearby

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Hyams Beach Haven is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
