Maisons de campagne à Hwaseong

« Hotel moderne er bien placé. Chambre bien équippé propre er confortable. »

« It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved. »

« Always such a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff are so kind. Thank you! »

« No good »

« The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. The staff were also friendly, and overall everything was really good. My only regret and downside was that, due to an unavoidable situation, I had to check out early and couldn't use the room for the remaining days. Unfortunately, no partial refund was provided for...

« The area was not nice surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself seemed liked a motel. The rooms were clean but hot. I had to ask for help to fix the ac unit. They helped begrudgingly. »
