Spend precious time together with friends and family, in a new space designed for maximal comfort and enjoyment. Luma Hvar sleeps up to 8 people with three comfortable queen bedrooms and one bunk bedroom, all complete with luxury linens and towels. Guests at Luma Hvar enjoy two full bathrooms, an additional separate WC, a seaview first floor balcony, an outdoor dining area, and a large, terraced beachfront garden with decking area. The house has been finished to an extremely high standard, prioritising natural materials including hardwood and white Brač stone.

Luma Hvar is an ideal spot for families or groups of couples, with every small touch having been thought of to ensure a maximally comfortable stay for every guest. All modern amenities are provided, including air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a smart TV with Netflix. There is also a private parking space right to the house.

Only the best for the planet, and for our guests. Each bathroom in Luma Hvar is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion from Faith in Nature. These products are not only high quality, but are sustainably made with a 99% natural origin. We use refillable 100% recycled plastic and glass bottles, so no single use plastics there either.

The hotel-quality bed linens are 100% organic, fair trade certified cotton.

THE SUNNY VILLAGE
Luma Hvar is located in the village of Ivan Dolac situated on the southern side of the island of Hvar, 10km from Jelsa, 20km from Stari Grad and 38km from the town of Hvar. The house is located towards the western side of the village, which is a quieter part of the village, meaning that you can enjoy a more peaceful vacation while still enjoying the local conveniences. The famous and beautiful main Ivan Dolac beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

Ivan Dolac is famous for its grape-growing fields that provide exceptional quality wines. The village is also full of aromatic plants such as lavender and rosemary, and other flora of the Mediterranean climate. There is a local market for essentials and several restaurants in the village, and everything else can be found in the nearest town of Jelsa.

​Luma Hvar is more serenely and peacefully located, but Hvar town, with all of its hottest destinations, is only a 45-minute drive away.

For long-term stays (30 days or more) between October and May, utility bills are charged in addition to the accommodation price, according to your consumption.
