« The hotel is extremely nice. I was thoroughly surprised when I arrived to see how well maintained it is. The hotel isn't really near anything - we stayed here after taking the evening train from Shanghai before embarking on to Moganshan the next day. It's a perfect place to stay for one night. Rooms are spacious, though they do allow smoking in some rooms so just be aware when booking to note your preference. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese. We were the first ones to breakfast...

"ExpĂ©rience mitigĂ©e dans ce Sofitel dont le fameux "rooftop" est rĂ©servĂ© uniquement aux abonnĂ©s ALL (ce qui n'est aucunement mentionnĂ© dans leurs annonces) et mis en avant partout... Le service est quant Ă  lui exĂ©crable (hormis les bagagistes qui sont toujours souriants et prĂȘts Ă  vous aider), sinon on vous force Ă  payer le petit-dĂ©jeuner en vous sortant un TPE Ă  7h du matin alors mĂȘme que vous avez dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© le petit-dĂ©jeuner via Hotels.com et ils insistent, vous demandant le cas Ă©chĂ©ant d'aller voir l'accueil (alors qu'ils ont une ligne directe par tĂ©lĂ©phone). Le petit-dĂ©jeuner avait bien Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ©, mais aucune excuse, on vous place simplement. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant pour un Sofitel, celui-ci n'est pas la hauteur"
