Nice touches such as snacks and beverages were appreciated! The landscaping and grass areas could use some maintenance and TLC, but overall was acceptable. No shade in backyard or pool area but umbrella provided for outdoor table. There were a few issues that were addressed by the owner very quickly. Good value for rental price. »

I needed to adjust things a little and he was agreeable and helpful in making sure we were accommodated.The house itself is nice: cute, with a fair amount of backyard space if you need it (including a swing)--the photos (at least as I write) are accurate. It was a comfortable space to stay, stocked with the items we needed, with everything easy to understand/operate. »
