« We will be back! Absolutely beautiful stay- comfortable bed and furniture. My only complaint is that the pots and pans were a bit on the tired side. This would not stop us from a return stay. You will not be disappointed! Spectacular!!!!!! »

« We had a great 3 night stay in this cute, cozy, super clean and newly renovated property. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. We loved the large deck with a lovely view to the ocean. It was a very short stroll to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Communication was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property. »

« The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was supplied with all the basic essentials. The place was clean and the bedding was freshly put on. Kitchen had tons of cutlery, dishes and cookware. The living area was perfect for 4. The beach chairs, blanket and beach towels were a nice added touch. « We have made several trips to Florida during winter months in the past and this was our third stay on Hutchinson Island, second at Atlantis by the Sea. This unit was by far the best kept and appointed. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully appointed. Check in was a breeze and the Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future. »

« My son and his young family came to visit. We currently are renting in Ocean Village, and we wanted them to enjoy a little bit of these paradise. They were very pleased with the apartment we rented for them. This place is super cute. Everything was very clean, and exactly as pictured. They are a young family with two little kids, and they were able to accommodate very nicely into the apartment and to sleep! The owner was very prompt to communicate to any questions or requests we had!! »

« We had an amazing stay at this condo! The condo was clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The condo was also in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. »

« From check in to check out, our stay of just 2 nights was perfect! The room(s) were clean and just the right the size. We truly enjoyed the balcony(s) and being right on the beach. Shuckers outdoor patio was fun in a relaxed atmosphere and the food at Drift Kitchen down the road was amazing! I highly recommend this location! »

« View was amazing which was great bc the tv in the living room was so bad we couldn’t watch it and the so called “heated” pool was freezing. It was just my 6 year old daughter and I so we had to drive 20 minutes to the Marriott everyday so she could swim which is sad bc one of the main reasons we picked this place was for the pool. The condo owners were super friendly and were putting in the new tv the day we left. »

« This was a wonderful property. The grounds of Spoonbill were well maintained and cleaned. The condo we stayed in was also clean, had updated amenities, check in process was easy and the property owner was easily available if needed.
