Les points faibles : Propreté
Nice unit, but fitted out with very cheap and uncomfortable furniture. The bedrooms are light up by an exterior security floodlight all night, extremely cheap and lowsy window blinds do nothing to keep the light out. Bbq doesn't work properly. Tv has horrible sound, theres a soundbar for it, but needs wifi to work and the unit has no wifi? What's the point of that? No wifi or air conditioning, but tarrifs weren't exactly cheap, wouldn't recommend to anyone or stay again. Owner is obviously a very uncaring cheapskate made minimal effort. Carpet in bedrooms is revolting, small drip stains everywhere leaves little to the imagination as to what it is.

Perfect Location - Husky Beer and BBQ Festival ‘25

Perfect position for our family of 4 with 2 young kids returning for the Husky Beer and BBQ festival in the park across the street. Being so close meant we were able to return to the property throughout the day/night to give the kids some reprieve while still experiencing the festival vibes. Property was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for our short stay, portable oil heaters and extra bedding were ample for keeping us warm during the cooler evening and overnight. Beautiful views over the bay, sunrise was particularly beautiful from the balcony. We also had a visit from a local kookaburra which was a real treat, especially for the kids.

Great location, close to everything. Well maintained property. Only criticism was it could do with an air conditioner for heating & cooling. Oil filled heaters were ok but a bit slow to heat up. Apart from that it's an excellent property.

Unfortunately our stay was rather disappointing, it was dirty the carpet was disgusting there were cockroaches the lights didn’t work and there was no internet, I really think this need to be said on the listing as we wound not have booked if we knew there was no internet as we were on our honeymoon and wanting to upload photos and couldn’t.

On The whole property was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have used a little spruce up. The skylight in the bathroom was throwing down heaps of dust. Same with the fans in the wardrobe were in need of a clean My main complaint the shops under my window would have aircons on by 6 am Not excited being on holidays and woken up with a continuous noise.

The unit is in a great location but traffic noise from load cars is annoying as are the fans that start around 6am from the restaurant kitchen below.

Convenient but a little noisy

The location is right at the centre of town and close to the beach which is handy and the view is lovely. It's fine if you like noise but between the traffic and some sort of air conditioning unit right near the bedroom window turning on and off all of the time, it was a bit noisy. Could be improved with a few more creature comforts like AC or ceiling fans because it does get hot but overall pleasant.

Great view and location! Comfortable beds. No bin in bathroom or toilet? Disappointed to realise too late, that there wasn't an iron.......especially going to a wedding! Appreciated the host bringing extra towels as it poured and the fridge leaked!! Awesome weekend regardless, as Covid makes you quite excited to be away!!

A good location close to all shops and restaurants. Accommodation was adequate, yet could be cleaner. A dirty nappy was left in the bin on our arrival which left a very bad smell. Overall okay for the $.

Great Location But!

Always try to be honest and pragmatic in reviews. Pros - Great view, great and convenient location, good facilities, clean. Cons - No Air Con, no wifi (cardinal sin in 21st century), very noisy especially Fri-Sat-Sun nights, cafe exhaust fan on from 6.00am, not cosy (sterile, lost of tiles).
