The Space:

The home is located at the Zion Village Resort that offers the nicest pools, lazy river, fire pits, BBQ’s, pickleball, splash pad and fitness center in addition to your own private pool and amenities.

Everyone in your family finds their perfect space:
- The first bedroom is a beautifully furnished main floor primary suite with a king bed, 58” TV, couch, and desk for any work or study needs. Includes an en-suite bathroom (featuring a shower) and with private access to the pool, you'll have no shortage of enjoyment.
- The second bedroom has a queen bed, accompanied by a full trundle for additional sleeping arrangements. Complete with a 40" TV, this room is perfect for relaxation.
- The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a 40”TV, providing a cozy haven.
- The fourth bedroom is a delightful bunkroom, ideal for the little ones. It showcases two triple-tier full bunk beds, upper patio access, banana chairs and a 58” TV, ensuring an entertaining and fun-filled experience for the kids.
- Finally the fifth bedroom, the upstairs primary suite, offers a luxurious retreat with a king bed, a desk, upper patio access and a 58" TV. It also includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. Property Highlights:
- Private Pool is open all year round. - From Dec 1st to April 1st it will be heated to 75 degrees. Any additional heating will be a 75$ a da. From April 1st thru November 30 pool is not heated.

Accessing your Southern Utah retreat is a breeze with check-in instructions provided approximately 24 hours before your arrival. We've streamlined the process to ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your stay, allowing you to focus on enjoying the vibrant gem that awaits you.

From Dec 1st to April 1st our private pool will be heated to 75 degrees. Any additional heating will be a 75$ a day. From April 1st thru November 30 pool is not heated. You are welcome to use all the shared lazy river pools, amenities, hot tub and fitness center.
