The Space:

Welcome to Angels Landing (#9) - your sanctuary at Zion’s Tiny Getaway.



Thoughtfully crafted and beautifully grounded in the red-rock desert, this boutique tiny home blends modern comfort with the wild, open magic of Southern Utah. Here, the views stretch for miles, the colors shift with every hour, and adventure waits in every direction. Whether you’re here to hike, ride, wander, or simply exhale, Angels Landing is the perfect place to land.



Inside, the space is modern and bright. You’ll find a cozy living area with a fireplace, a smart TV, and plenty of room to relax after a day on the trails. The fully equipped kitchenette makes mealtime easy, and the full bathroom, complete with a private changing room, adds a level of convenience rarely found in a tiny home.



Sleep comes easy here: the home features one king bed and two queen beds, giving everyone space to rest and recharge. Kick on the AC or heating to stay comfortable year-round, then step out onto your expansive private deck to savor sunrise coffee, golden-hour glow, or a late-night stargazing session.



Outside, this home truly shines. Soak in your private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, or unwind on the roomy deck. You’ll also enjoy a private parking space, Tesla charging, and access to our playground and community open space.



Angels Landing is your basecamp for the best of Southern Utah - Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Water Canyon, Sand Hollow State Park, and endless trails right at your doorstep. Settle in, step outside, and let the adventure begin.



Before you book: Part of the tiny home charm here is the sleeping loft, reached by a staircase or ladder with a cozy ceiling height. It is not the right fit for everyone. If you would rather skip the stairs, several of our homes have the bed on the main floor. Just filter for "Bed on Main Floor" under Amenities.



Before arrival you will receive a link to our guest app with your door code, directions, and home instructions. Using it is optional.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to your tiny home, the outdoor deck, and convenient parking directly beside the unit. Feel free to explore our shared park space, enjoy the wide-open desert views, and plug in at our onsite Tesla charger. With endless public lands just steps away, adventure begins the moment you arrive. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re only a message away and happy to help.



The Neighborhood:

Zion’s Tiny Getaway sits in the heart of Southern Utah’s canyon country, where red-rock cliffs, open desert, and dark night skies create a stunning backdrop for your stay. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.



Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to explore Southern Utah’s wide-open spaces, and you’ll have convenient parking right beside your tiny home. Bikes are absolutely welcome - this area is a dream for riders. Gooseberry Mesa, one of the world’s premier mountain biking destinations, is just a quick 6-minute drive away, with miles of trails and public lands to discover. Whether you’re cruising scenic highways or hitting desert singletrack, adventure is never far from your door.



Other Things to Note:

Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away.



The area is a playground for outdoor lovers, with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, sand-dune adventures, swimming, stargazing, and scenic photography.



A can’t-miss local gem is Water Canyon, just 20 minutes from the property. This free, beginner-friendly hike leads through towering canyon walls to a beautiful waterfall—an unforgettable experience before or after your Zion adventure.
