The full kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing meals for larger groups. Two separate living rooms give guests additional room for watching TV, relaxing, playing games, or spreading out during the stay.



The home has 5 bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and additional sleeping accommodations. Several bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs.



Outside, guests have access to a private patio with a hot tub, outdoor TV, dining area, turf, and yard games. An upper balcony provides another outdoor gathering area with seating and a fire pit.



Community pickleball courts are located very close to the home. The community pool and shared hot tub are also just a short walk away.



The property is conveniently located for visiting Sand Hollow, St. George, Zion National Park, and other Southern Utah recreation areas.

The two units have no interior connection and each has its own private entrance. Guests staying in the lower unit may be present during your stay. The 5-bedroom home, including its kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, is private to your reservation.
