The checkin was a bit slow--but the room was clean and the A/C worked well. Quiet property. Nice. Breakfast is pretty slim. Just cold cereal and cofffee. Period. BUT, the price was HALF of the other major chain in town. Nothing fancy here but this property served its purpose and I will return.

We loved our stay at the Elm House. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts thought of everything and communication with them was excellent. The town of Troy was so welcoming as well. I hope we can visit again.

Great place to stay for a weekend with our BC student. Downstairs area is very spacious, house had everything we could need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, thoughtful details. This property is amazing! It has a great location overlooking the river. It's very clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and it's decorated so cute! We will be staying here again for sure.
