« The elevator was not working, we had to stay in a handicapped room, ask for a blanket none was available. The desk clerk didn't know what he was doing. My aunt wanted to move to cost of her room to our stay because she would have to walk stairs up 4 flight of stairs but the clerk didn't know how how to process that exchange. Breakfast was very good. »

« Upon check in, the owner told me I needed to pay an additional $40 for a third person. I stated that I didn’t realize they charged for kids. The owner then questioned me about their ages to the point I offered to show my son’s drivers license. Then, when entering my room after check in my kids discovered dead bugs on the floor. « They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. »
