For boating enthusiasts, the private dock provides direct access to 40 miles of scenic boating on the Muskoka lakes, allowing you to explore this beautiful region at your leisure. The cottage is fully equipped for relaxation with a private hot tub, an indoor wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor playground for kids, a hammock area for lounging, and a ping pong table for friendly competition.

Despite its peaceful, secluded setting, you`re just a short 10-minute drive to the town of Huntsville, where you`ll find excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and charming shops. A Few Important Reminders
1. Use the Nordic Spa and waterfront at your own risk. This includes the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, dock, beach, and all watercraft and water toys.

2. Please do not leave garbage bags on the deck overnight. Raccoons will get into unsecured garbage. Please keep all garbage in the outdoor bin with the lid securely closed and dispose of excess garbage in the dumpster as outlined in this guide.

3. Please do not feed the geese or ducks. Feeding them encourages them to gather on the property, beach, and dock, where their droppings create an unpleasant environment for everyone to enjoy.

4. Please follow the check-out instructions carefully to help us prepare the cottage for our next guests.
