.☛ Early Check-In: Available upon request and subject to availability.
.☛ Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Approved late check-out is $25 per hour, up to 12:00 PM. Unapproved late check-out after 10:30 AM will incur a $100 penalty.
.☛ Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
.☛ Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Drugs and marijuana are not permitted on the property.
.☛ Pets Allowed: Up to 2 pets are welcome with prior host approval. A $200 fee applies per pet, with a maximum weight of 99 lbs. Please confirm your pets with the host in advance of your stay.
.☛ Only registered and authorized guests are permitted.
.☛ Thermostat: Please do not set the thermostat below 68°F.
.☛ Trash: Trash pickup is Wednesday morning. Please place the bins at the curb Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning and return them to their designated location after pickup.
.☛ Recycling: Recycling pickup is Wednesday. Please follow the same curbside schedule.
.☛ If using street parking, please do not block neighboring driveways or park on grass.
.☛ A $500 penalty may apply for violations, in addition to any applicable charges for damages.
