OK for Decatur

Initially impressed with cleanliness and modern upgrades to some portions of the home. Second (not main) bedroom bed was older, very soft and very uncomfortable. Main hallway (second) bathroom shower was not working properly and required the three of us to shower in the master bathroom. Not a crucial issue, but inconvenient. Holes in the ground around the fencing that would have allowed a small dog to escape. Communication with the hosts was not a positive experience.

Homey and Fun

We were in the Decatur area for church meetings. My friend, two sisters, and I stayed at Sweet Alabama Honey while we were there. It was beautiful! Very clean, and we enjoyed the awesome roku tvs, Foosball and air hockey tables. Definitely a great place to relax and have fun with friends. The location was nice and quite too.

This house was awesome. The decor was great and spacious. They loved it.

This house was everything and more. My family came in to attend a funeral and this was the perfect place for them to unwind and rest before and after the services. The host were awesome as well. I actually got a chance to meet the host. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Plan to use them again in the future.

Quiet location and well maintained property

Sammy and Grace are gracious hosts who have done a wonderful job of updating this property. We were in Decatur to work at The UMCOR Disaster Warehouse and found it a perfect location to the warehouse and restaurants. We will stay here again.
