Reach out if you have questions.*** Inside, kick up your feet in front of the 50-inch Roku TV with endless entertainment options. Our house is decorated with red, white, and blue and is a true celebration of the stars and stripes! The property includes 2 units. As you walk from the driveway to the entrance, you will reach the front patio. There is a bench and two chairs out front, as well as a small table with a barbecue grill. To your left, is the rear entrance of the house that has a digital lock for easy and secure access. Once in the house, there is a full bedroom on your left complete with 2 luggage racks, 2 end tables, and 2 USB lamps. Past the full bedroom is a bedroom with a trundle bed with 1 twin-bed, 1 end table, 1 USB lamp, and 2 luggage racks. To the right, you will reach the washer and dryer as well as a futon, 1 end table, and 1 lamp. To the far right, you will find a short hallway. On the first left down the hallway, there is a bathroom with a full shower and tub. On the first right down the hallway, you will enter the dining room which has a six seater table with six chairs as well as an additional 2 chairs that you can utilize. Straight down the hallway, you reach the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a Dishwasher, Fridge, Blender, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Stove and all items you will need to make your favorite dish (including an additional 2 seater table for your morning coffee). Next we Enter a fork in the road. To the Left:Is the secondary entrance for this location. To the Right Is the Living Room with a sectional couch, two end tables, two lamps, accent charis, 50 Inch Roku TV, and an additional 4 seater table for those who like to watch the game at the table. Upstairs you will find the second full bathroom to your left, the Patriot Room with a bunk bed straight ahead, and off the hallway to the right is another full-size bed bedroom and the King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet Walking into the Cozy Oasis (the second unit) you will be greeted with a guest book - please sign your name, we love to see where people are visiting from! You'll see the living room with plenty of seating and TV. There are an additional 3 bedrooms on Side B , a queen, a king, and a full. Each bedroom has USB lamps to make charging your devices a breeze, and luggage racks to store your belongings. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen has a table that can seat four comfortably, and is full of the amenities you need to cook a delicious meal, or make sandwiches on your way out the door to the Space and Rocket Center! NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
