« My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again. »

« This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...

« Need more 2 room suites with ADA. Excellent room for families, especially with children and teens. Many amenities. Free excellent breakfast. »

« Chambre et salle de bain super propres. C’est vraiment agréable. Le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant. Je suis arrivée trempée (je suis à moto) et la femme à l'accueil m’a donné de quoi me sécher. »

« The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel. »

« Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No shower curtain, no towels, reused sheets from previous person, roaches, smoked blunt on the window seal, cigarette burns in the sheets. Slept on top of the sheets since we thought we’d get bed bugs from the bed. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” has never been more true, spend a few more bucks so you don’t have to sleep in this absolute dump. »

« The property is totally different from what you see in the photos, I consider it a scam to advertise a hotel in such good condition and when you arrive the reality is different, they should improve. »

« Stages several nights the sheets are never changed I've rented the same room checked out and checked back in and the sheets are not changed I found bed bugs in the room last night it just seems to get worse every time the cleaning stuff is not clean whatsoever »

« The carpet was old rooms didn’t smell real good but no toilet paper is in the bathroom. It’s a lady up front. Sheila almost look like she was doing everything herself. she was working on 6/2/26 and was very pleasant and helpful she should probably be working days and running that place »
