We will definitely come back as we could not be happier with the location, cleanliness, and quick response time of the management company.Steps to the beach and main beach was within a few minute walk. Grocery store across the street and the taco stand, which is amazing, is 30 yards away. »

« The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. »

« The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. »

« It was perfect for our family ! We have adult children and they were able to stay with their spouses and have their own space . It has a nice open living room and kitchen to all hang out together and the outside grounds were beautiful ! »

« The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. « We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time.
