Please note there are three sets of steep wooden stairs without gates. Guests with toddlers or elderly family members should exercise caution, as this property may not be suitable for all.

BEDROOMS / SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Primary Suite
The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, a 60` Smart TV, an ensuite bath, a closet, and partial ocean views. A distinctive half-moon window provides natural morning light. Please note this window is uncovered; light sleepers may wish to bring an eye mask.

Bedroom 2
This room offers a queen bed, an ensuite bath, a 50` Smart TV, and a dedicated work desk, suitable for remote work or email correspondence.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom features two queen beds, a 50` Smart TV, and a private ensuite bath, making it ideal for families or additional guests.

LIVING & OUTDOOR SPACES:
The property offers two patios and a third-level deck. The second living room on the third level also provides ocean views and a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach.

PARKING:
Two private parking spaces are available: one in the garage for a medium-sized vehicle and one tandem spot in front of the garage for a large vehicle. The entrance is located in the alley behind the house. The garage must be opened from the inside.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, utensils, a spice rack, and additional essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW:
No air conditioning.
Primary bedroom bath jets are unavailable.
Laundry: Please use the quick wash or gentle cycle on permanent press only.
One security camera faces the driveway and the front entrance.
Gardeners are scheduled to visit on the first and second Tuesday of each month.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside. No exceptions.
No pets are allowed.
A fine will be imposed if occupancy exceeds eight guests.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful environment. The rental agreement enforces a strict no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, or parties. Violations may result in the forfeiture of deposits or eviction.
The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Beach toys and chairs are provided.
Private laundry room.

TOWELS & LINENS:
Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
Iron and ironing board.

FAQ`s

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 11 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no additional charge, subject to availability.

CLEANING:
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

PACKAGE DELIVERY:
Package delivery is not permitted due to mailbox access being unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

No Pets
Please respect our desire to maintain house and furniture by visiting without the presence of
pets anywhere on the property.

Quiet Hours
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours on the whole property: Sunday-Thursday 9pm- 8am Friday & Saturday 10pm-8am

Report Any Damages/Stains
Please report any damages ASAP. Address small stains immediately. Cleaning supplies provided under kitchen sink & in laundry. Refrain from eating on furniture.

No lit candles in the house.

There is 3 sets of steep wood stairs without gates, if you have toddlers, please pay close attention as this can be dangerous and maybe not an ideal property for you.

Occupancy:
• The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.
• No more than 6 guests overnight is allowed.
• Maximum 10 visitors during the daytime (Which includes day guests) with prior notice. We can not exceed 10 guests in the home at any one time.

Important Home Notes:
• The home has three sets of steep wooden stairs and is not ideal for toddlers or anyone with mobility concerns, as there are no stair gates.
• This is a thoughtfully furnished family home, not a hotel, and we ask guests to treat it with care.

House Rules:
• Absolutely no parties or events.
• No smoking and no candles anywhere on the property.
• Please remove shoes inside and be mindful of sand from the beach.
• The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of noise and neighbors, especially during evening hours.

Policy Reminder:
Failure to follow the house rules or occupancy limits may result in guests being asked to leave the property.
