Historic beachside home in charming Sunset Beach

Charming cottage in eclectic Sunset Beach, California. Out the front door and across the street you're on the sand in one of Orange County's finest beaches, celebrated in Beach Boys songs

Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to two children, the cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa in the front room. Loveable kitchen fulfills all your cooking needs.

Rare in Sunset Beach, the house has a 20' by 20' outdoor space, grill and outdoor shower.

The house has one reserved parking spot right in front of the house by the front gate. In addition, Sunset Beach has two rows of public parking running the entire mile of the town.

This place was perfect for my wife and I for a get-away weekend. The location is awesome. Close to beach and great for a walking since it’s near the bike path. Also close to other surrounding beaches, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect beach house
This is our second time renting this beach house. The location is perfect. The atmosphere is perfect. You can easily walk along the shore, watch the sunset every evening, enjoy wine, cheese, and crackers on the patio. 😎

Adorable cozy home. We enjoyed the location right across the street from the beach. The home was stocked with necessities. The back yard was nice with the decor and lighting. The outdoor shower was great to hose down after time at the beach. Queen bed was comfortable. Towels were nice. We enjoyed playing new games that were provided. The updates to the home were nice. We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for the 2 of us. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Great sunset views. Property was just as it was described. The hosts were very kind and had no troubles during our stay. I would recommend this Property to anyone and would definitely come back in the future. Coffee house a short walk away was great.

Great Beach House
Perfect location to enjoy the beach which is just steps away. Easy and convenient access to the bike trail that runs along the coast. The house has all needed amenities and the gated yard is perfect to hangout and have privacy. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants in the area. Second time we stayed here. Loved it.

Quiet and convenient.
Place is perfect for a couple or single surfer. Surf does not break well out front but access to HB and surrounding areas is great. Place was super clean and nice. Well equipped. Shower is tiny but great water pressure! Owners stopped by a few times changing out furniture on patio. I didn't know they were coming.overall a great place and I would stay again.

Great Little Beach House with immediate access to the beach!
This place was great! We are DEFINITELY coming back time and time again. We often stay at beach properties, but this one is definitely one of our favorites now! Convenience everywhere from easy access to the beach, convenient store and grocery stores are only about an 8 minute drive away!

Perfect Spot!
Adorable house, great location, had all the amenities we needed. You can tell there's been a lot of love and care put into the property. We ended up extending our stay an additional day because we did not want to leave. This property, and the proximity to the ocean, made for one of our most relaxing vacations. 5 stars. Would definitely return.

Excellent home by the beach!
Bob was very helpful and accommodating to a check in error that i found after the fact was me not reading through the instructions thoroughly. Great little Beach home. Beach was only 42 steps away accessed by a pathway that was right beside the house Bed was Comfy, all linens clean and house was properly stocked with all you would expect and more. Perfect size for 2 ppl in the master and 1 on the sleeper sofa. Proximity was great for getting to Anaheim; about 25-30 min away from angels stadium Airport was just a little more than that during non rush hour. good proximity to restaurants, walking distance to corner store. Parking was great (close by and free). Neighborhood felt safe. Would stay again.

This was my second stay at the property, and if I'm ever in Sunset Beach again, I'll stay here. Perfect for a couple that wants a snug spot. The beach is RIGHT there. I love having access to kitchen to heat up leftovers. Highly recommended!

Adorable cottage by the ocean in Sundet Beach
The property is even more wonderful in person! Very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee and convenience stores close by. The home itself is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all you could need plus a very comfy bed/soft linens. Did I mention it's right across the street from the beach?

Well Appointed Beach Cottage
We really just needed a place to sleep, but I would have definitely wanted to spend more time in the charming yard and at the beach a short walk across the street. This cottage was clean, well stocked and organized and very comfortable with a large TV and streaming services that was perfect for a movie at night. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
