Welcome to your family’s Surf City home base! This bright, comfortable home sits just minutes from the sand in beautiful Huntington Beach — pack the beach bags and make some memories. We’re perfectly placed for a classic SoCal family vacation: about 25 minutes to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, close to the HB Pier, Pacific City shopping and dining, and easy freeway access to all of Orange County.
After a day of waves or theme-park adventures, come home to relax and recharge. Whether you’re chasing sunsets on the beach or magic at the parks, we’ve got the ideal spot for your crew.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING:

1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.

2/ City of Huntington Beach Ordinance - The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.

4/ Guest Count & Visitor Policy:
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property!

* Our nightly rate includes up to 6 registered guests. There is an extra guest fee of $45 per guest per night for any guests over 8.
One (1) Infant under 2 years old stays FREE.

* Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered at the time of inquiry or booking so we can properly prepare the home and avoid any misunderstandings.

* All guests and visitors must be disclosed in advance. Exterior security cameras monitor arrivals for safety and occupancy verification. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges. Our home has a maximum occupancy limit. Thank you for your cooperation.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. We’re not responsible for any missing mails or packages sent to the address.

7/ NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! THIS IS A COMPLETE PET FREE PROPERTY!

8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.

9/ BBQ Grill: Feel free to enjoy the BBQ grill during your stay. Guests provide their own propane tank or have the current tank refilled and are asked to clean the grill after use so it’s ready for the next guests. Additional cleaning fees may apply if it is not cleaned at check-out.

10/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!

11/ Per listing details, fire pit is NOT listed in the listing and it is being OFF permanently for guest’s safety!

12/ Please do not park in front of the neighbor’s houses.

13/ Notes to our valuable guests: We’re delighted to have you stay at our beautiful home! In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can secure another reliable guests for the same dates. However, this will depend on availability and other factors. Thank you for your understanding!

14/ Please note that last-minute date changes may not always be possible and are not guaranteed approval. All cancellations must follow the listing’s cancellation policy, with no exceptions. It can be very difficult for us to secure replacement guests when dates are close, so we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

15/ No-show policy: A no-show will be treated as a completed reservation and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund. No exceptions.

16/ Our check-in time is at 4PM and check-out time is at 10AM.

*** Please plan your arrival between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM for check-in. Messages or requests sent late at night may not receive an immediate response and will be addressed the following day ***

17/ One bedroom is reserved for the owner, per hosted short term rental regulation in city of Huntington Beach.



Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
