« Met with a friendly welcome and shown to our room. Whilst we had our own bathroom it was down the corridor from our room. Not a problem at all but unexpected. Food served in the pub is excellent and has a nice beer garden. The pub was very busy when we arrived and had to park a bit down the road but I moved the car into the main car park later in the day. Continental breakfast is available and just help yourself, this suited us. Nice pub and room. Would recommend. »

« Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...

"Deuxième séjour à l’Ibis de Cambridge. Idéalement situé à la sortie de la gare c’est un hôtel standard. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes ni luxueuses mais propres. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la petite attention pour mon anniversaire. Donc merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel."

"The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying to avoid eye contact with customers and were cleaning tables rather than serving guests. Friday night, however, was excellent service in the restaurant and the server was attentive and asked how my meal was, etc. Finally, the automated checkin - it is okay, but after I leave checkin, how am I supposed to know what my room number is? I was only offered the card, nothing with the room number on and I had to get a member of the chamber staff to find out my room number for me. Still, it was otherwise good, I'd stay again, and the breakfast was very good. "
