« What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

« We hosted a family get together over the weekend with 20 people. It was amazing...everyone had their own bed (no sleeping on floors or air mattresses) and there was room enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The bedrooms and bathrooms are impeccable. »

« it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....

« Located on the corner of a VERY bust street. Heard every single car that went by. The house had a strange smell in the main living area…like stale cigars? Otherwise the house was clean and beds were comfortable!! It suited our purpose. »

« Very easy process to check in and out. Instant responses from the host. Cozy home was more room than squeezing into a hotel room and it saved us money! Location is perfect! Quick car ride to campus. Uber Eats deliveries were so quick too. »
