Fabulous Seaside Retreat, dog friendly with garden.

A fantastic spacious holiday house in the classic seaside town of Hunstanton, with garden and a hot tub hire available. A very short walk to the beach and to the cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs of the town centre and the promenade. Ideal for 8 adults and up to 4 children.

5 bedrooms are all upstairs on the 1st floor
Bedroom 1 has a 5’ king bed plus an extra full size single and an en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2 has a 5’ king bed
Bedroom 3 has a 2 single beds which can be made up as a superking if required.
Bedroom 4 has a 6' superking bed plus an extra full size single
Bed 5 has 2 full size single bunk beds
Large family bathroom with separate bath and shower
Further shower room downstairs
Large living room with a lounge area with huge smart tv, and a separate sitting area with armchairs around a table, perfect for playing board games or cards! Gas fire for cozy winter evenings.
Separate dining room with a table for 10-12 with views over the garden.
Large garden with a wooden table and chairs for those summer lunches, a bbq, and hot tub hire available upon request.

Off street parking for 2 cars and usually plenty of parking on the street.

A hot tub is available to hire - we do not have our own but get one in if required. The cost for this is approximately £250 per stay, to include the hire and the electric and water use, and it will be set up and switched on before you arrive. Please be aware that it may not be fully hot until the morning after your arrival as it is cleaning and filled with fresh water on the day of arrival.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs accepted foir a fee of £25.
