« The location is a little strange (in the middle of a condo development, business area). Otherwise, it was outstanding in every respect. Very new and modern with a good size room, excellent bed, TV, etc. The breakfast was amazing for a motel! They had about anything standard you would expect plus amazing service from the staff as they were so kind and helpful. If you wanted something more they would bake you an omelet to your liking while you watched. Parking was also ample and convenient. »

« It was a slightly updated migrant hotel. Lots living there. It’s supposed to be smoke free but they were smoking in the rooms every night. »

« Bien que situé en dehors de la ville, l'hôtel est proche de plusieurs commerces et restaurants. Centre-ville accessible par bus (40 mn environ). Plus proche arrêt à 10 mn à pied. »

« Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!! »

« Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable. »

« I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again »

« The staff was amazing and made the trip. They seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were always willing to help! The only concern I had was hair on towels. We would request new ones, but when we opened them up, there would always be long black hair. They looked clean, so I wonder if the person who is folding them just needs to put their hair a bun? »

« Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. »

« The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience. »
