« I am not the one to write bad reviews… but this time … my husband and I were more than disappointed with the whole experience. First, when we checked in the bathroom had not been cleaned . We were also given a prone under the category we had booked. The doors in the kitchenette were falling off, the fridge froze all our food…We had bad weather while we were there and rain water was all over the floor one morning when we woke up. The air dryer was missing … I had to ask 3 times to finally have...

« Nice room with doors to swimming area. Helpful and friendly team. »

« Hotel en travaux et chambre très basiques »

« Top à recommander ! »

« The reception staff is not very friendly, then we booked inn our rooms were not done yet, I didn't get a key or a remote, some of the cleaning staff had to go back and bring it to me, the beds are very hard and the maintenance of the whole resort can be brought up to date. The Restaurant is however lovely, the resort can definitely do with some maintenance but is very safe for the kids to play on their own. »

« We just took photos around the pool. It is centrally located around the complex and has a really nice area to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist. »
