« We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The bedsheets were due for renewal as they were far from the white color they were supposed to have and there were marks on them. Also the towels were a bit ripped. The fan is enough as the temperatures don’t climb that high in the highlands. There are many rooms in the building so noise level will depend a lot on who is staying there at the same time. Staff is not super helpful or caring but okay. We also found a cockroach in the room. It was much cheaper than...

« The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again. »

« Sorry to say, this was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Look at the pictures (which look great) and imagine what it will look like 15 years or so later unmaintained and little cleaned,. "Hôtel charmant. Les chambres sont propres , la salle de bain est grande et propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Il y a un restaurant au rdc de l’hôtel mais aussi un autre en sortant sur votre droite (collé à celui-ci). J’ai mangé dans celui là, le cadre est top ! Les plats ne sont pas chers du tout et vraiment bon (des combos plat et boissons pour 15RM sinon même à la carte ce n’est pas cher). En grab vous êtes à 5minutes de concubine lane. Le personnel est agréable et chaleureux. Petit conseil : si vous venez en bus (par exemple depuis Kuala, choisissez la station jalan bandahara (a 10 min à pied de l’hôtel ou 4/5 min en grab) ça vous évite d’arriver à la gare central qui est plus loin. Pour le petit moins négatif de l’hôtel, l’insonorisation n’est pas top. "
