The space Self check-in, no reception, very private, detached house, right on a wide street, cars can pick up and drop off right at the door. Land area of 84 m²; with 3.5 floors, 4 bedrooms, and 4 toilets. The first floor includes a motorbike parking yard, a large living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 toilet. The 2nd floor includes 1 bedroom, 1 wooden bed for shared use, and a balcony. The 3rd floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 laundry room, and a balcony. Standing at your door, you can see the Imperial Citadel. Guest access Guests can have access to all areas of our home, including the living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry. Other things to note 1. Please turn off all electric devices when leaving the house. 2. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the bedroom. 3. Please clean the kitchen after use. 4. Lock the gate when going in/out of the house 5. Please return the room key to the lockbox and lock the gate when you check out. 6. No noise after 10:00 PM. 7. Keep the house clean 8.
