Enjoy a peaceful stay at Mariners Landing Resort on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake in Huddleston Virginia. This ground floor corner condo unit is perfect if you are looking for a quiet location at Mariners Landing Resort. Located in Building-3 on the opposite end of the outdoor pool, but still a short walk down the enclosed hallway to The Market Place, The Landing Resturant, Pool, Hot Tub, Beaches and Day Docks. The oversized balcony window completely opens for lake breezes and mountain views. This unit has a newly updated kitchen with new granite counter tops, newer appliances and has been freshly painted. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stainless steel appliances; stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. The Unit Sleeps 4. Condo is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, towels and all linens.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds with en suite full bathrooms and closets. Bathrooms include wall mounted hair dryers and mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers.

Amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, beaches, two outside pools (one tailored to younger children with slides located at the The Center), the other located at The Pointe tailored for the adults with a hot tub overlooking the lake. Additionally, there is an indoor olympic size pool with hot tub, therapy pools and locker room located at The Center. Amenity Fee is $30 per day which includes access to the Fitness Center, Pools, Beaches, Day Docks, and 15% off greens fees. Boat Ramp access is included at no additional cost. Trailer parking and boat dock fees are $50 first night, $25 each additional day.

The Marketplace is steps away with Starbucks for your morning coffee, muffin or breakfast sandwich. The Marketplace also offers beer, wine, soda, water, ice cream and gift items.

The Landing Resturant is located in Building One and offers an upscale experience overlooking the lake with indoor/outdoor seating. The Peruvian Chef utilizes locally sourced ingredients to provide an experience of a lifetime that will call you back for more.

Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro located at the Golf Course is the perfect place to enjoy a nice cold beverage and afternoon snack, lunch or dinner. Menu items include Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer, hand crafted burgers, Artisan pizza's, and Peruvian Chef inspired dinner entrees.

Bottles and Bites is an outdoor gathering spot located adjacent to The Center under a large tent that offers beer, wine, spirits, a food truck and live music many evenings.

The Sweet Retreat offers sandwiches, fries, ice cream and milk shakes located next to the free arcade game room.

The late Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed golf course is perfect for the beginner, intermediate or advanced golfer. The golf carts are blue-tooth compatible and provide distances to the flag and a variety of other first class amenities for your round of golf.

Bridgewater Marina is onsite offering Kayak, Jet Ski and Boat Rentals. Ask host how to make reservations in advance to ensure your stay is packed with activities.
