Boat lift not available for guest use
Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway and waterfront for security only

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
