Pets are welcome for an additional charge of 35 pounds per pet per stay (maximum of 2 pets per stay). We request that you keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. We use enhanced cleaning practices to ensure the property is clean before your stay.

Booking policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.
