A Home to Relax and Unwind
Each flat opens into a skylit loft living room, where velvet sofas sit in front of smart TVs with Netflix ready to go, so the group can spread out and stream in the evening. Two full kitchens mean a big group can cook and eat separately, then gather when it suits. Two bathrooms, each with a deep bath and overhead shower, help cut the morning queue for a group this size.

• Kitchens: Two full kitchens, each with an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine, so a large group can cook across two floors.

• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one metro-tiled and one with marble tiling, each with a deep bath, overhead shower and heated towel rail.

Location
Newsome sits on the southern edge of Huddersfield among the rolling hills of West Yorkshire, with Iron Age history and green space close by. Almondbury`s traditional village pubs are a short walk, and the wider Holme Valley is easy by car for keen walkers.

Good to Know Before You Book
The property spans two self-contained flats across a converted stone building, so a large group will be split between separate floors reached by stairs, with no lift. The loft living rooms sit under the roofline, so ceilings slope in places. Parking to the rear covers up to 5 cars behind a gated entrance, and vehicles will need to be registered on arrival; any cars beyond 5 will incur a charge. Self check-in is via a keybox at the door, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested subject to availability: 1 hour for £25, or 2 hours for £40. These can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform. Parking covers up to 5 cars free of charge; any additional vehicles beyond that will be charged at £10 per day.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
