« We recently stayed at this hotel and while the dining staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the hotel is situated at a nice location with good surrounding environment. Our room experience was disappointing. We booked a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was so strong it woke us up during the night. The staff offered to move us to a higher floor, but it wasn't really an upgrade, and the smoke smell continued. We even had to open the porch door in the middle of the night just to get...

« Lovely Hotel, Overall fantastic experience. »

« Brand new modern hotel in a vacation hotspot, so plenty of help planning for the mountain from friendly staff. »

« Awesome »

« Management (?owner/operater) was rude and despite familiarity with 'translator' app a terrible communicator. Saving a 1* teview was the laundry and available (out of room) fridge. Perhaps it was a bad weekend...but smoking while talking at the front desk and 'cold-shoulder' vibes were annoying even considering cross-cultural differences! C'est la vie...but 'Choose your own Adventure' with this one!" »
