« Hôtel bien placé et agréable »

« Personnel et chambre très bien. L’hôtel est bien situé »

« Staff was very friendly and service minded. The hotel itself was OK, but not up to the level which can be expected e.g. in Taipei. There was mold in several places in the bathroom. The room smelt awkward and so did the corridor. The breakfast buffet was large but of average quality. Fresh fruit was almost lacking. So the hotel is ok if you need to stay in Hualien, e.g. to visit Taroko national park. Don't expect too much though. »

« Chambre propre et spacieuses, lits confortables. Très bien placé au calme. Sejour de 2 nuits agreables. »

« Well located near the train station. I could smell the humidity in the room and the bathroom floor was not really clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. The breakfast buffet was not that good »

« The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay. »
