Welcome to Wander at Bayside 19, a real toes-in-the-sand address in Hua Hin, on quiet Soi 19 about ten minutes from downtown and the night market. This is the social half of the house, set up for friends to cook, grill and swim with the beach at the door. Read on for the layout.

THE LOCATION
Bayside 19 sits on a quiet beachfront lane off Hua Hin Soi 19, beside the Queen's Park 19 Rai seafront park and just north of Klai Kangwon Palace. The terrace meets the sand; the town is a short drive south.

A: Yes. Each grill is set up for you; charcoal is provided on request and we can master the grill for a small fee.
Q: What is private vs shared?
A: Your three bedrooms, kitchen and living room are private. The pools, communal kitchen, pool table and cabana are shared with the other half-villa's guests.
Q: Anything to do beyond the beach?
A: Pool table on site, beach sports gear to hire (volleyball, beach tennis, badminton), and the town and markets are a short drive.

[Beach-house build] This is a lovingly restored wooden beach house, so some sound carries between rooms and floors. Light sleepers may prefer one of the upstairs rooms.

[Beachfront tides] The sand widens at low tide and the sea can reach the terrace steps at high tide. Tide times shift daily, sometimes overnight, and the beach is open and unfenced, so children need an adult by the water.
