Welcome to Wander at Bayside 19, one of Hua Hin's few true beachfront homes, on quiet Soi 19 about ten minutes north of downtown. This is the family half of the house: three private ensuite bedrooms, your own kitchen and living room, and the pools and sand just outside. Here is how it is laid out.

THE LOCATION

Bayside 19 sits on a quiet beachfront lane off Hua Hin Soi 19, beside the Queen's Park 19 Rai seafront park and just north of Klai Kangwon Palace. The terrace meets the sand; the town is a short drive south.

Our Bayside 19 team is on site most days, usually until late afternoon, for check-in help, extra towels, sofa-bed setup, grill setup and local tips. Staff take one day off a week and there is no 24-hour front desk, but we answer messages fast in the app, day or night. Cleaning during the stay is not included but can be arranged on request, and we can also organise a chef, driver, masseuse or extra staff for you.



Hua Hin Soi 19 is a quiet, residential beachfront pocket beside the Queen's Park 19 Rai, north of Klai Kangwon Palace. Calmer than the resort strip, about ten minutes by car from town, the night market and the railway station. Click “Show Host Guidebook” for our local recommendations.



The park, the beach and a few local seafood spots are an easy walk. Everything else is a short drive, so most guests use a car, Grab or a private van. There is free on-site parking. On Google Maps and Grab, search “Wander at Bayside 19” — we send a photo arrival guide the day before, as the turn is easy to miss. Bangkok is about 2.5-3.5 hours by car.



[Shared spaces] The two pools, communal kitchen, pool table, beach cabana and sunbeds are shared with other in-house guests. Your gallery includes a layout map showing exactly which room and which spaces are yours.



[Beach-house build] This is a lovingly restored wooden beach house, so some sound carries between rooms and floors. Light sleepers may prefer one of the upstairs rooms.



[Beachfront tides] The sand widens at low tide and the sea can reach the terrace steps at high tide. Tide times shift daily, sometimes overnight, and the beach is open and unfenced, so children need an adult by the water.



[Pool safety] The pools have no safety barrier. Children must be supervised at all times and everyone should rinse sand off before swimming.



[Weekend park next door] The 19 Rai park has food stalls most evenings and occasional live music on weekends, usually winding down around 22:00.



[Tropical setting] Open gardens by the sea mean the odd gecko and mosquitoes outside. Window screens, repellent and incense are provided.



[Access road] The lane in is narrow and runs beside a canal. Sedans and vans are fine driven slowly; very large vehicles are best left in the main parking lot.



[Arrival] On Google Maps and Grab, search “Wander at Bayside 19”. We send a photo arrival guide the day before, as the turn is easy to miss.



[Security deposit] A refundable deposit applies for whole-property and group bookings, confirmed before or collected on arrival.
