Also, please be aware that some subsea tunnels in the Faroe Islands require a toll when passing through. This cost is the responsibility of the guest and will be deducted from the security deposit after your stay if applicable.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire autocamper and all included equipment.



You are free to explore the Faroe Islands and create your own route across the islands. The autocamper allows you to travel independently while enjoying comfortable overnight stays close to nature.



The autocamper must be returned to the same pickup location at the agreed time.



The Neighborhood:

The autocamper is picked up in Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands.



Tórshavn is a perfect starting point for your road trip. The city offers:



• Supermarkets and grocery stores

• Restaurants and cafés

• Pharmacies and shops

• The historic old town of Tinganes

• Gas stations conveniently located throughout Tórshavn and Hoyvík



You will find fuel stations within a short driving distance from almost anywhere in the area, making it easy to refuel during your trip.



From here you can easily drive to many of the Faroe Islands' most famous locations, including Saksun, Tjørnuvík, Gjógv, Gásadalur, and the island of Vágar.



Getting Around:

The Faroe Islands are best explored by car, and a autocamper gives you maximum freedom.



Most major attractions can be reached within 30-45 minutes of driving from Tórshavn. The islands are connected by tunnels and bridges, making it easy to travel between them.



Please note:



• Some tunnels require a toll fee.

• Roads can be narrow in certain areas.

• Weather conditions may change quickly.



Always drive carefully and enjoy the scenic routes.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the campervan.

• Please park only in designated parking or camping areas.

• Some areas require a parking disc – check local signs.

• Fuel is not included and should be refilled before return.

• The campervan must be returned clean and with trash removed.



Autocamper travel in the Faroe Islands is about simplicity, nature, and adventure. Please respect nature and local communities during your trip.



Please note that a refundable security deposit, a local tourism tax and administration fee apply to all stays. These are standard requirements in the Faroe Islands and will be arranged separately closer to arrival.



Tunnel fees are:

175 DKK for Eysturoy–Streymoy and Sandoy–Streymoy tunnels

125 DKK for Strendur–Rókin

50 DKK for Norðoyatunnilin and Vágatunnilin

Please note that for some tunnels, the fee is only charged when driving in one direction.
