« Very nice location and well equipped kitchen. House was comfortable. Beautiful sunset every evening and wonderfully quiet. We stayed here in July. I do not recommend this time of year. The house became quite toasty in the afternoons and did not cool down until sometime in the morning. The one AC unit in the living area worked well but the bedrooms never cooled down. We could not open the patio doors at night because of the concern about bears. We slept in the downstairs bedroom which was cooler...

« We stayed two nights in Joshua's house, it is full of interesting objects and art, and had everything we needed to relax at the end of a long road trip. We enjoyed the board games and the teens loved the cool retro arcade games. It is a very comfortable space, and a short distance to a yummy bakery and decent general store. « We absolutely loved our stay at Chris’s cabin! It was very large and perfectly located in this little end of a cul-de-sac. Even though there is a hill behind the cabin, I felt very safe having my kids play out front on their own. The view is spectacular, it’s very private and so comfortable. « We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at this very clean and cozy cabin! The home is very family friendly. We have a toddler AND teens, and everyone had a great time. Excellent communication with a very proactive and attentive host. We visited during a rare warm snap, and the recently added split system AC came in handy…a rare thing to find in any home up on the mountain. We hope to return for another stay very soon! »

Heidi clearly defined the rules of the home, and was responsive to our questions. Although there was no air conditioning, with the breeze and fans going, we were able to keep the rooms cool.
