Step into this charming historic mews in Hove, recently fully refurbished to create a comfortable and stylish home with plenty of character. Sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, it offers a peaceful place to stay while putting you within easy reach of the seafront, Church Road and central Brighton.

The property has been thoughtfully updated while retaining the character that makes a mews home special. Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the house, while underfloor heating keeps things warm and comfortable throughout your stay.

The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it particularly convenient for families or groups travelling together. One of the double beds can also be converted into two single beds, giving you flexibility depending on how you’d like the bedrooms arranged.

The living spaces provide plenty of room to relax after a day exploring the city or coast, with a brand-new wall-mounted 50" TV with Freely for quiet evenings at home.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine and dryer, making the property well suited to longer visits.

A laptop-friendly workspace provides a practical spot if you need to catch up on a little work during your stay, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

One of the property's biggest advantages is its location. Hove Station is around a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to arrive by train or explore Brighton and the surrounding area without relying on a car. The seafront is also just a 10-minute walk away, putting the beach, promenade and sea air within easy reach.

Church Road and the surrounding area offer an excellent choice of cafés, restaurants, bars and local amenities, so you’ll have plenty to discover close to home.

For everyday essentials, Tesco is approximately a 5-minute walk away, while local bus stops can be found close by on Cromwell Road.

Parking
Free street parking is available. A parking permit is provided at the property and must be left there when you check out. If the permit is lost or cannot be found after your stay, a £50 replacement charge will apply.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the entire mews house throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen. You’ll also have your own private entrance, with self check-in available for a smooth and convenient arrival.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please do not check in early or check out late without prior permission, as this can disrupt our cleaner’s schedule and may result in a £30 charge.


The property is fully self-contained, so you can enjoy the space at your own pace.

Travel Cot & High Chair
A travel cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The travel cot is £15 and the high chair is £10 per item. Please request these at the time of booking and note that payment must be made before arrival.

The travel cot comes with a thick, breathable, anti-allergenic mattress (93 x 64 x 6 cm), compatible with Red Kite and Graco travel cots. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, as this is not provided.

The property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys®, with a local team making sure the home is cleaned and prepared before every stay. Fresh linen, towels, toiletries and essential supplies are provided, and the team checks the property before guests arrive to ensure everything is ready for a comfortable stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
