House Rules & Fees

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:

No smoking inside the unit. A $350 fee will be charged if evidence is found.
No parties, events, or loud gatherings.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
No illegal drugs or firearms on the property.
Pets require prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Maximum of 2 additional daytime visitors without prior approval.
Property Care
Please treat the space with care. Damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.
Do not move furniture.
No confetti, glitter, or candles inside the unit.
Plumbing
Only flush toilet paper.
Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or other items.
A $400 plumbing fee will apply if a clog is caused by misuse.
Temperature Control
Thermostat must be set to 70°F or higher
Keep fan on AUTO to prevent system issues
Access Items
Lost or unreturned items (such as remotes, openers, or keys if provided) will incur replacement fees starting at $100
Check-In / Check-Out
Early check-in: $30, subject to availability
Late check-out: Must be approved; unapproved late checkout incurs a $50 fee, with higher charges for extended delays
Security
Exterior cameras with audio/video recording are installed on the property
No cameras inside the unit
