The check in and gate access were a breeze. Super easy if you are tech savvy. We had a small issue with the washing machine but the host went over and above to fix the problem. Communication was impeccable. Beautiful place, clean and quiet, nice pool and gym. Most importantly we felt very safe within the gated community. We came in a custom vehicle that would not fit in under the parking spot roof, we had zero problems with parking off to the side and leaving a note. Zero issues. Loved our stay!

We arrived in Houston and, until then, I didn't have instructions on how to enter the property. I contacted the owner, who opened the property for me remotely. When I entered the property, I was shocked. I found a poorly maintained and dirty property. The bathroom had an old, stained towel being used as a rug, the bathtub was clearly dirty and stained with a broken drain, the bathroom floor was filthy and disgusting, there were stains on the carpet in the hallway leading to the bedrooms, the air conditioning vents were in deplorably unsanitary condition, the furniture was dilapidated, and the blinds in the living room were broken and missing. The walls were dirty, and the entrance to the apartment showed no sign of cleanliness or aesthetics. If you compare the photos advertised on the platform with the current condition, you'll see that the photos were heavily edited or taken a long time ago. I was in the apartment for less than 10 minutes. I left the apartment, locked the door, and immediately contacted the owner to inform him that the property was in unacceptable condition and that I would not be staying. The owner replied saying that he would not return my money because, in his view, the property was clean. I drove 13 hours with my family to Houston, and I would have liked to receive the product I paid for. I wished I could say more and upload all the pictures that I have, but unfortunately I only can upload 8 pictures and write 1500 char, otherwise it would be way worse

Wonderful stay! Very responsive to communication. As others have said, the bed and couch were extremely comfortable as I was recovering from surgery. Booked specifically for the couch, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Just what I needed

Centrally located with easy access to grocery shopping, a gym, highways. There’s an Amazon Locker location nearby if you need items shipped to you. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was always available.

Has potential

This was a great property in terms of location to attend a concert or event at the stadium, but the property itself was only ok. There were no towels for the pool and only 3 total towels in the unit. There were no extra linens or pillow cases if anyone wanted to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher smelled terrible so we shut it tight and never opened it again the whole weekend. There were a few dishes but not much in the way of pots, pans, skillets, or other kitchen tools. Overall the unit is very basic and missing any extras. The complex was nice and safe with a gated entry. There was a dead frog in the pool and the person in the office just said "we don't have anyone here that can deal with that..."

The property was comfortable, and had quiet neighbors. It is on the second floor. The pool was perfect for my daughter. The host gave clear directions and was quick to respond when I had a question.

Host is awful at responding.

I downloaded all the aps to check in and unlock the doors. The door did not open. After 2 hrs of sitting outside the place and calling, texting and emailing I got a hotel and the host called and said he was on a plane. Bad customer service need to have someone to answer or manage this property!

Great location

Stay was as listed very nice place. And quiet neighbors, location was very close to majority of great food places bars and lounges. Rental did smell like a dog might have been there prior but we just spayed a little Lysol and it was fine another thing we had an issue with was getting into the parking lot an app is used for parking lot entry and rental entry but host was very responsive in getting this resolved. Everything was 5 out of 5 place other than that.

Very comfortable and cozy space!

I loved the decor and cleanliness of the place! Could use a small cocktail table in the living room! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and very friendly host! I will stay again at this spot!

Good location

We stayed 4 nights here during Houston cookoff. Check in was super easy and we were able to get in a little earlier which was much appreciated!! Apartment was clean. There were only 2 bath towels for us to use. We were not given any check out instructions. I sent two messages that morning but no response. Other than that there were no issues.
