Each room features a queen-size bed, plush mattress, soft pillows, and calming decor. Bedroom #2 includes a 55” Smart TV, perfect for a cozy movie night after exploring the city. These two rooms share a clean and modern bathroom — a comfortable setup for friends or family traveling together.

Please note: Bedrooms 1 & 2 are connected and share a bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR

As you head upstairs, the second floor opens into the heart of the home — a bright, open-concept space with 11-ft ceilings and windows that fill the room with natural light.

The living room is both stylish and inviting, with two designer sofas, accent chairs, and a cozy ambience that creates the perfect setting for movie nights or relaxed conversations. The decor strikes the ideal balance between modern and laid-back comfort.

The kitchen is fully stocked for any craving or occasion — high-end stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso Vertuo machine for your coffee fix, and a fridge pre-stocked with water, soda, and a complimentary bottle of wine. 🍷 Whether you're making breakfast or enjoying game night, there’s room for everyone at the dining table for 6 and island seating for 4.

Need to catch up on work or sneak in some quiet time? The dedicated office is tucked away with a desk, comfy reading chair, printer, and plenty of space to focus or unwind with a book.

THIRD FLOOR

The third floor is where rest and rejuvenation take center stage.

Bedroom #3 is spacious and versatile, with both a queen and full-size bed, perfect for families or groups. A walk-in closet provides plenty of storage, and the en-suite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower — the kind of space that makes you want to slow down.

The master suite is a true retreat: a king-size bed, plush linens, a spa-style en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and towel warmer, a massive walk-in closet, and a mounted TV for late-night winding down. Step out onto your private balcony, where a cushioned outdoor couch offers the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a peaceful sunset.

Also on this floor: a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, and ample storage — ideal for extended stays or road-trippers packing light.

FOURTH FLOOR

At the top of the home is your own private rooftop deck — the ultimate place to relax, recharge, or entertain.

Surrounded by lush greenery for added privacy, the rooftop features comfortable lounge seating, a shaded dining table with umbrella, ambient string lights, and a BBQ grill with utensils. Sip coffee in the morning as the city slowly wakes up, or fire up the grill and toast under the stars with Houston’s skyline in the distance.

You can park at the end of the driveway between houses (garage access not included).
Free street parking is available right next to the house — first come, first served.

PET POLICY

We welcome up to 2 dogs! 🐾 A pet fee of $250 per dog applies, and pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. For everyone’s comfort, pets are not allowed on furniture and beds to avoid scratches and damage to the property.

📌PLEASE NOTE: Our home is a 4-story townhome without an elevator. Two out of four bedrooms are on the third floor (master bedroom and 3rd bedroom). We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please consider this information when booking.

Early check-in and late check-out can be available upon request for an additional fee of $100/hour until 12 pm depending on availability and current bookings.

Please let us know prior to check-in if you would like to have the air mattress set up for your stay. It will be made available only upon request.
