This cozy townhouse can bring together 7 guests and is perfect for staying close. You’ll be at the heart of Houston and a short drive away from anywhere you'll need to be!

Houston is a large city so you have to drive to most places. It is nice to have the option to walk to locally famous restaurants or have a very short drive!

You’ll have access to the entire townhouse with a 4 digit security code for easy in and out access.
There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a queen sofa bed, all wrapped with the softest linens!
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided.
Feel free to use the Roku TV and log in with your account!
The bedroom lamps are touch-activated, so just touch the base to turn it on!
You’ll have access to the washer/dryer as well.

The living room has a comfy area for playing cards and board games, watching movies, or just having great conversations. Feel free to play any of the games we have available. You can move the dining room bench to the coffee table for a 360° gameplay!

The backyard area can be accessed through the garage if you wish to smoke.
Please do not smoke inside the house and do not gather outside.
There is a ring camera on the outside of the house for security purposes. Please do not cover the camera.

We live in the 3rd most hot and humid city in the US which is, unfortunately, great for bugs. Some bugs will inevitably make their way into the homes of Houston, even with the proper pest control and maintenance. We, unfortunately, cannot make any refunds or send any payouts due to this. However, we are maintaining the proper upkeep to prevent this as much as possible on a regular basis. Please be sure to keep all doors closed as much and as often as possible!

Jacuzzi tub shower head: Pull down the ring on the spout to bring the water to the shower head.

The bathtub jets, unfortunately, do not work. But everything else works just fine and can still be used for a bath.

You will have access to 2 parking spaces, 1 directly in front of the house and 1 in the garage. The garage button can be located at the front door on the inside of the house next to the lights. You will also have access to plenty of other parking spaces just 2 houses down to the left of the house at the park.

The neighborhood is very safe to walk around and explore Midtown, Houston. You can also take a quick 2-minute drive to many of the restaurants and bars in the area.

Please watch for street parking signs as there are many streets that you cannot park on.

This is the best place to stay if you enjoy walking to trendy restaurants, bar-hopping, and being near local festivities! You are just a 5-10 minute walk away from all the action, but still have your quiet comfy den to come back to when your day is done.

If you are into checking out Houston's Night-Life, I recommend starting out with Electric Feel Good and then bar hopping!

We will be available from 9am - 12am midnight. We may not be available outside of that time to respond, but we will do our best to accommodate you and your group at all times!

This townhouse has 2 parking spaces (1 in the garage and 1 on the driveway) and plenty of parking at a nearby park just 2 houses down.
The surrounding area of Houston can be limited in parking. Depending on the day, much of the street parking can be filled up at local restaurants and bars. If you’re feeling up for it and the weather permits it, you can take a nice quick stroll to these local places in the area.

- No parking in the street in front of the house. (There is a parking lot just 2 houses down to the left of the property at the dog park, along with plenty of street parking as well).
- QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise levels down as we share a wall with our right-side neighbor.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. Unauthorized Parties will be charged a $500 fee.
- No loud music.
- Be respectful of neighbors.
- Do not cover the front door Ring Camera.
- No smoking inside. $250 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
- No pets allowed. $250 cleaning fee for bringing pets.
-Lost TV remotes are a $49 fine.

Early check ins and Late check outs are both $49, depending on whether there are other guests checking in/out that day as well as our cleaning team’s schedule, and are not guaranteed. Please try to discuss this in advance; we will try to be as accommodating as possible!

Extra non accounted for Guests past 7 people is $50 per person per day.
