« The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family...

« Le pire séjour que j ai passer, l hôtel est loin de tout, il y a une plage à côté inexploitable, service de restauration nul presque une h d attente après la commande, aucune activité à l environ, dans l appartement il y a des fenêtres qu on ne peux fermer donc nous avons la visite de toute sorte de bestiole( fourmis, araignée, cafard, etc...)
J ai quitter l établissements 2 jours plutôt que prévu meme les petits déjeuner je leur ai offert....
Bref allez autre part je vous le conseille...

« Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent
But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers.
Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There...
